Top 5 Tuesday: Books with Plants on the Cover πŸƒπŸ“–πŸ‘’

Happy Tuesday friends! This weekend has been extremely hectic as I moved into a new apartment and started my final semester of college. Not going to lie, I am very overwhelmed, but also excited about what the future holds. It’s also been nice to have my own space again that I can really call mine. 😊

Today’s post is a fun one, because I’m participating in a new blog meme for the first time! Top Five Tuesday was created by Shanah at Bionic Book Worm, and is now being hosted by Meeghan at Meeghan Reads. The themes have been absolutely adorable so I’m very excited to finally join in on the fun!

The topic for today’s Top 5 Tuesday is “Top 5 Books with Plants on the Cover” and, as a plant lover myself, this prompt is perfect! It was a lot of fun going through my bookcase and goodreads shelves to find some gorgeous, planty covers. Here are my favorites! πŸŒΏπŸ’–

Burnt Sugar by Avni Doshi || I’ve been seeing this book EVERYWHERE and I’m honestly just dying to get my hands on a copy and show it off on my shelves. The plants against the purple background is sooo aesthetically pleasing!

From Lukov With Love by Mariana Zapata || Another book that I have seen all over booktok and blogs! This one sounds so cute, I haven’t read many books that center around sports and the fact that this one is all about figure skating is really intriguing to me! Plus, we love a slow-burn romance!

Don’t Forget Me by Victoria Stevens || Not only is the cover so cute, but the story was as well! I read this a while back and I still get teary-eyed thinking about these lovable characters and the emotional roller-coaster ride that is the events within this novel. This book truly sparked my love for the found-family trope!

Writers & Lovers by Lily King || I honestly couldn’t tell you one thing about the plot to this book… did I buy a copy solely because of the cute cover and cool vibes this book gives off?… Absolutely! I feel so sophisticated with this book in my collection lol.

The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren || THIS BOOK! It truly brings me so much happiness when I think about it because it had everything going for it! The hilarious banter, fake dating trope, cute setting, aaaaaand an adorable cover with cute tropical plants on it! This book is the epitome of “you had me at hello” 😊

Thank you so much for reading this post!

Have you read any of the books I’ve mentioned? If so, what did you think of them?

What are your favorite book covers with plants on them?

Talk to you soon! πŸ’–

  1. I keep seeing From Lukov with Love and meaning to read it, because I really think I would love it, but I never get around to it. Why must my TBR be such a mountain?! I do feel better knowing that you’ve also seen it around everywhere though haha one day, we shall read it!

  2. First off, YOUR BLOG IS SO CUTEEEEE! I can’t get over how perfect the garden/plant aesthetic is. Second, I love the prompt for this meme! I haven’t heard of Don’t Forget Me by Victoria Stevens before, but now I’m totally interested in reading it!
